2018 ATS Peter Watson Cup Golf Day

Each year the various chapters of the Australian Tunnelling Society host a charity golf day. This year Hydroflux were proud sponsors of the 14th hole at the NSW golf day held at the Ryde-Parramatta Golf Club.

Attending on the day were two of our most inexperienced golfers, Mathew Pugh and Ryan Davis. Mathew and Ryan didn’t manage to win any of the prizes, but only broke one golf club and didn’t lose all the golf balls so they have put the day down as a great success. Team North Connex won the day taking out the Peter Watson trophy. ATS reports the day has raised over $12,500 for the Garvan Research Foundation for cancer research.

The Australian Tunnelling Society is a Technical Society of Engineers Australia (EA) and is a member of the International Tunnelling Association (ITA).
